There are many types of zip lines and canopy tours on the market. Whether you're looking to build a new tour or replace equipment for an exisiting zip line or canopy tour, we can help you to make the right choice in equipment and hardware.

Selecting the proper equipment for a tour can reduce risks to participants, increase tour efficiency and throughput, increase equipment longevity, improve tour comfort, and help improve the participant experience. Selecting the wrong trolley or equipment can result in accidents or less than satisfacotry performance of equipment.

  1. Type of cable used on the tour and number of cables per line
  2. Length of zip lines
  3. Slope of zip line cables (termination to termination)
  4. Braking system (hand-braking, mechanical, guide operated, gravity, or no braking system)
  5. Top speed during descent. This can be estimated.
  6. Other elements on the tour (belayed bridges, non-belayed bridges, challenge course elements, rappels, climbs, swings, etc.)
  7. Work positioning system/fall protection system when on the platform
  8. Style of course movement (pod or fireline) and size of groups'
  9. Anticipated volume per year
  10. Demographic profile of users
  11. Working with the cruise lines?

  13. General climate of area and proximity to salt water or other corrosive agents
