Mission and Philosophy

Mission

Design and install adventure programs that push (extend) the current limits of the challenge course industry, that fit extremely well into the environment, empower education, and enhance the path of life.

When it comes to challenge courses and adventure structures, we beleive that the possibilities are endless. We customize each installation to the social and natural environment, focusing on efficiency, preservation, and great aesthetics.

Our focus is on quality and not on quantity. We are ambitious by nature and tackling new or intricate problems is our expertise. Taking the extra time to be thorough in the design and execution of documentation and training will produce the desired results.

Our custom designs always take into consideration the available resources and specifics of the installation site prior to the design and construction. They are proportional, they fit seamlessly into the environment, and they always have a profound aesthetic.

Paramount in our approach to design is the concept that structural design follows program design.  Throughout the design process we emphasize the critical relationship between business philosophy, training, and course design.  Attention and expertise are brought to each area of the process.

We always provide flexibility and an open attitude when customizing the type and level of service provided to each of our client's projects. We are able to provide everything from a brief chat on the phone to the design and installation of every aspect of an expansive outdoor program.

Ongoing, long-term relationships with fewer clients are usually preferred.

The results are confidence-inspiring educational tools that will also enhance the presence of your organization's location. We aspire to reduce the amount of materials used and energy consumed for installation and for operation. Often times this will result in the use of materials which are available on site, such as logs and timber from the property, or reclaimed lumber from old structures. This philosophy of sustainable installation and business practices is exemplified in many ways, such as our willingness to reduce the costs for lodging by staying on-site instead of at hotels.  The focus is to keep the whole process and the installation structures as simple as possible, to use materials endemic of the area, and to focus on sustainable practices throughout.
