ST. WILLIAMS, ONTARIO CANADA CANOPY TOURS -- Located 2 hours south of Toronto on the shore of Lake Erie, the Long Point Eco-Adventures Canopy Tour offers thrills along with spectacular views of the Long Point Bay World Biosphere. Come and explore Southern Ontario's first Canopy Tour. You'll enjoy more than 2000 feet of heart-pounding zip lines as you fly over fern covered gulleys and traverse the bluffs overlooking Long Point Bay. The two-and-a-half hour canopy tour experience will include a progression of 8 zip lines, 2 swinging suspension bridges, and a rappel. Throughout the tour, highly trained guides will provide insight into the ecology and natural history of the environment.

In addition to the canopy tour, Long Point Eco-Adventures offers canoe and kayak rentals, padding excursions on Big Creek, mountain biking tours through the popular Turkey Point Provincial Park, hiking, birdwatching, and an observatory designed both for stargazing and sungazing. Whether you choose to hike, bike, paddle, fly, or just sit back and take in the views; Long Point Eco-Adventures has something for everyone.
In August of 2008, the area was listed as Canada's first Globally Important Bird area. The region is noted as one of the highest trafficed migratory paths into and out of Canada. For dedicated birdres, the Long Point Area Bird Checklist listed 386 bird species.
