Mike Smith - Adventure Challenge Program Consulting, Canopy Tour Guide Training, and Web Design Mike completed his undergraduate degree in Wilderness Leadership at Prescott College in 1998 and his Master of Training and Development at Oakland University in 2004. His field experience includes six years as an instructor at the Pacific Crest Outward Bound School (now Outward Bound Wilderness) and twelve years as a high ropes challenge course facilitator and trainer for S.T.E.P.S., Inc. In addition to leading program development and marketing efforts for S.T.E.P.S., Mike has developed AdventureSmith, Inc., a small consultancy focusing on marketing and business development strategies for adventure companies.

Although frequently found in the office, Mike's true passion is facilitating and instructing adventure challenge programs and working with corporations to enhance human performance. He has authored and self-published A Climber's Guide to Prescott Arizona , A Facilitator's Guide to Adventure Challenge Programming, and A Guide's Guide to Canopy Tours. Mike's interests include mountaineering, rock climbing, whitewater rafting, web design, and spending time with his family.
